The WG gets its name from its wide-placed 49mm fork laid out in a generous chopper-style rake of 34 degrees. A consistent styling theme is the contrast of black and chrome. The wide chrome triple-clamps are accented with gloss-black handlebar clamps and risers, and this is mimicked in the 40-spoke wheels with black rims and the black headlight bucket highlighted by a chrome bezel.

Like many of Harley’s new models, there is a focus on reducing seat heights to give riders a greater feeling of confidence. As such, both ends of the suspension have been cut down to yield a seat just 25.5 inches from the ground. The back end of the Wide Glide is interesting for two reasons. First, there is no traditional stoplight, instead using the red-lens turnsignal lamps as stoplights.

The Can-Am Spyder isn’t a trike, in the traditional sense, as it sports two wheels in front and a single rear. Unlike some 2-1 three-wheelers, however, the Spyder does not lean. The Spyder’s mix-mash hybrid of motorcycle and ATV technology is perhaps most evident in the Can-Am Spyder chassis - dual A-arms complementing a single rear shock. The Can-Am Spyder frame is a Y-shaped cradle surrounding the Spyder’s 990cc V-Twin – the liquid-cooled engine built by Austria’s Rotax and a variation of the Twins powering Aprilia sportbikes. Features like stability and traction control, as well as power steering keep the Spyder manageable on the road

The 25.8-inch seat height of the FXDL Dyna Low Rider is among the lowest in the Harley-Davidson line. Lower rear shocks, pull-back handlebar riser, mid-mount foot controls, raked-out fork and standard highway pegs contribute to its long-range comfort.
